    • Order by 3 pm for same-day dispatch

    • Orders after 3 pm dispatched next working day

  • Saturday

    • Order by 11 am for Saturday dispatch

    • Orders after 11 am will be dispatched Monday

  • Sunday

    • All Sunday orders will be dispatched Monday

Delivery Restrictions (Lithium Battery Devices)

Due to courier regulations on the transport of lithium batteries and Dangerous Goods, there are restrictions on shipping vape kits, mods, and any device containing lithium batteries.

Restricted Postcodes

We are unable to deliver orders containing more than 2 lithium battery devices (e.g. vape kits, mods, rechargeable disposables) to the following postcode areas:

Full Exclusions

  • ZE (Shetland)

  • BT (Northern Ireland)

  • GY (Guernsey)

  • IM (Isle of Man)

  • IV40, IV49, IV51

  • JE (Jersey)

  • KW15 – KW17

  • HS (Outer Hebrides)

Partial Exclusions

  • KA27 – KA28

  • PA20 – PA38, PA41 – PA49, PA60 – PA78, PA80

  • PH41 – PH44

  • PO30 – PO41 (Isle of Wight)

  • TR21 – TR25 (Isles of Scilly)

ℹ️ Important Notes

  • Orders containing 2 or fewer devices can still be delivered to these postcodes.

  • These restrictions do not affect e-liquids, nic salts, shortfills, pods, or other vape accessories.

  • The rules apply only to devices containing lithium batteries.
